NEW BUILD PROPERTY – WITHIN GREEN BELT

PROJECT BRIEF

Sphere Architects were approached by a client with a large parcel of land within green belt land in Wigan. The land was predominately farmland with an existing bungalow and unused stable block within the land. 

Project Brief - New four bedroom home to include bathroom / en-suite to master bedroom and balcony over the surrounding countryside. As the proposed house was within a sensitive area due to the view of the proposed house from the fields and located down a small country road the design needed to be sensitive and there were lengthy discussions with the planning officers to finalise the design. Planning Permission was granted for the design.

PROJECT BRIEF

Sphere Architects were instructed to design a new build property on existing green belt land in St Helens. The existing land had been developed over the years, on the land were two existing houses, a stable block and some outbuildings. The proposed development included the demolition of the outbuildings for the construction of the new build house.

Project brief, proposed four bedroom bungalow with one bedroom annex to include kitchen, living and bathroom. The project gained planning permission and is due to complete on site.

ST JAMES ROAD, ORRELL, WIGAN

PROJECT BRIEF

St James Road is a built up residential area on the outskirts of Wigan. Sphere Architects were instructed to obtain planning permission for three new build houses along St James Rd. On the existing site was a derelict detached house building which had fallen into disrepair. Project brief three houses – two semi-detached houses with 3 bedrooms and one detached house with four bedrooms.

PROJECT BRIEF

Sphere Architects were appointed to obtain planning permission for a new build house in Winstanley. The existing plot of land had a semi-detached property that had a large garden to the side that was unused. The client wanted to obtain planning permission for a four bedroom detached house. Planning Permission was granted for the new build house.
