PROJECT BRIEF

The existing property is a Victorian red brick semi-detached house with a large garden to the rear in Billinge. The client enjoyed the house but wanted to increase the size of the kitchen to the rear to create a large family room with an additional bedroom above overlooking the garden.

The proposals were to extend to the rear to create an open plan kitchen, living, dining area to include an additional bedroom to the first floor. The rear extension provided the house with the space required for the family overlooking their beautiful garden to the rear.
