PROJECT BRIEF

Sphere Architects were appointed to provide a design service for the development of a plot of waste land in Pemberton. The surrounding area is a mixture of residential houses / apartments, retail, leisure and offices, which consist of predominately brick buildings. After the exploration of many options including housing / retail / mixed use development the proposals for a 10 unit apartment block were put together.

The apartments are a mixture of one / two bedroom units with dual aspects to the front, rear and side. The apartments will be a mixture of brick / render.

Planning permission has now been granted.
