RENOVATION / EXTENSION / CONVERSION OF BUILDING
WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA

PROJECT BRIEF
After working on 30 Parliament Street the neighbouring property 32A Parliament Street requested Sphere Architects to proceed with the Architectural Services for their property. The project brief included the integration of an existing outbuilding with the existing property. The existing outbuilding was converted into a single garage to one side and a kitchen to the other on the ground floor with two bedrooms and a bathroom to the first floor. The property was then connected to the existing house with a side / rear extension and knock through to the existing house. The project was challenging as it was in a conservation area and the ground floor section of the garage was below ground level therefore required tanking.
