PROJECT BRIEF

Sphere Architects were contacted by a client in Eccleston who had purchased a red brick bungalow on a large plot of land. Our clients brief was to provide a four bedroom family home with a large open plan space for a kitchen, dining living area to include a one bedroom annex.

To achieve the client’s brief the roof was removed from the bungalow and the roof position raised to create a larger first floor area to achieve the four bedrooms and a grand central hall. The one bedroom annex was designed to the side of the house, although it is attached to the existing house it works independently with a bedroom, shower room, kitchen and living area overlooking the garden to the rear.
